Carlos started Fixero Device Clinic after noticing how many people in San Bernardino were being overcharged or misled by large repair chains. He wanted to create a repair clinic built on trust — where clients always know exactly what is being done to their device and why.
With over 8 years of hands-on experience repairing phones, laptops, and business IT systems, Carlos personally oversees every major repair that comes through the clinic. He is CompTIA A+ and Apple ACMT certified, and leads a team of 4 skilled technicians.

Carlos opens the first Fixero repair bench at 203 E 9th Street, starting with phone screen repairs and basic laptop fixes.
2018
The clinic hits 1,000 device repairs and hires its first two additional technicians to keep up with local demand.
2020
Fixero adds remote IT support services — helping clients fix software issues and viruses from home during lockdown.
2022
The Fixero Care Plan membership launches, giving local households and small businesses proactive monthly device maintenance.
